Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and understood our refund policy.

Our general policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made. This applies to all subscription tiers and all monthly payments.

We understand this is a firm policy and we take it seriously. Because of this, we hold ourselves to an equally firm standard when it comes to the quality of work we deliver. If something is not right, we will make it right.

If you are unhappy with your deliverables

We stand behind our work. If a deliverable does not meet the brief you submitted, contains a significant error on our part, or falls short of the standard we have agreed to, please contact us at thedesigndropofficial@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your files.

We will review your concern and, where the issue is reasonably attributable to our error, we will revise the work at no additional charge until it meets the agreed brief. Our goal is for every client to feel genuinely good about the work we produce together.

Partial refunds

Partial refunds are not standard practice and are not guaranteed. However, in cases of a significant and documented failure on our part that cannot reasonably be resolved through revision, we are open to a conversation. Any partial refund is entirely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

If you believe you have a genuine case for a partial refund, contact us at thedesigndropofficial@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

What is not eligible for a refund or revision

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or additional revision rounds at no charge:

  • You changed your mind after approving a deliverable. Once you have given approval, that deliverable is considered complete.
  • You did not use your monthly deliverables. Unused graphics, revision rounds, or any other included services do not carry over and are not refundable.
  • You submitted an incomplete or unclear brief. If the work was produced in good faith based on the information you provided, the result does not qualify as an error on our part.
  • You cancelled your subscription. Monthly fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable, including your final month's payment within your 30-day notice period.
  • Your subscription lapsed due to non-payment. Reinstatement requires payment of all outstanding fees including any applicable late fees. Lapsed payment periods are not refundable.

Your landing page

Your landing page is provided at no additional charge as part of your subscription. If you cancel before your cumulative payments reach $600.00 CAD, your landing page will be deactivated and no refund or compensation will be issued for payments made toward that threshold.

Once your cumulative payments reach $600.00 CAD, full ownership of the landing page transfers to you. This threshold is not affected by refunds or disputes related to other deliverables.
