Not much. When you sign up we will send you a short intake form asking for your business name, what you do, who your customers are, and any existing branding you have. The more context you give us the better — but even if you are starting from scratch we have got you covered.
Turnaround depends on your tier — ranging from 3 to 5 business days from the moment we have everything we need from you. If you have an urgent deadline just let us know and we will do our best to prioritize.
Every subscription tier includes a free landing page. It becomes yours once your cumulative payments reach $600. So on The Seed tier at $100 per month that happens after 6 months. On The Drop at $300 per month it happens after 2 months. If you would rather have the landing page right away without a subscription, you can purchase it as a one-time payment of $500.
It depends on your tier. The Seed includes 1 revision round per piece. The Drop includes 1 revision round. The Studio includes 2 revision rounds. The Agency includes unlimited revisions within scope. If you need revisions beyond what your tier includes we are happy to accommodate — just reach out and we will work it out.
We work hard to understand your brand before we design anything so this rarely happens. But if the first direction misses the mark we will use your feedback to revise it within your included revision rounds. Our goal is always for you to love what we deliver.
Yes. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Your current month is non-refundable but you will not be charged again after your notice period ends.
We deliver print-ready PDF files and high resolution PNG or JPG files for digital use. If you need a specific format for a printer or platform just let us know and we will make sure it works for you.
We deliver print-ready files that you can take to any local printer or online print service. We do not manage the printing directly but we can point you in the right direction and make sure your files are perfectly set up for whatever printer you choose.
Yes. You can change your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just reach out and we will sort it out for you.
Yes. When you add social media management we start by building a brand voice document for your business — capturing your tone, your industry, your audience, and what makes you different. Every post is generated based on that profile and reviewed by The Design Drop before it goes live. You will never get generic content that could belong to anyone.
We accept payment via Stripe — you can pay securely with any major credit or debit card. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. You will receive a receipt after every payment.
