About

Two founders, one studio, a stack of bold ideas.

The Design Drop is a small, founder-led studio. We work directly with the people we design for — no account layers, no guesswork.

Tiff

Tiff

Co-Founder, The Design Drop

Tiff is not your typical designer. With over a decade in sales, six years managing social media marketing for up to 16 businesses at once, and hands-on experience inside a real marketing agency, she brings a rare mix of creative skill and business instinct to every project. She studied psychology at university — which means she understands not just how to make things look good, but how to make them work on the people looking at them. She has built full branding systems from the ground up, completed bespoke training in Instagram and digital marketing, and ran all the marketing for the craft brewery she owned with her husband. She knows what it feels like to be the small business owner who needs great marketing yesterday.

Outside of The Design Drop, Tiff is a mom of three, a wife of 20 years, and someone who genuinely cannot sit still. She runs, bikes, hikes, completed her first Hyrox, and loves baking healthy treats for her family. When she takes on your brand, she brings that same energy.

Jess

Jess

Co-Founder, The Design Drop

Jess is the kind of person who figures it out — whatever it takes. Growing up in Paraguay gave her a perspective on hard work and resourcefulness that most people never develop, and that mindset has shaped everything she has built since. During the pandemic, while the world was shutting down, Jess was building a food business from the ground up — and not just surviving. She got her product into hundreds of grocery stores, ran a successful in-person location, and handled every piece of the marketing and sales herself. She did not just learn business theory. She lived it.

Today Jess brings that same relentless energy to The Design Drop. She has completed bespoke training in AI tools and sales psychology, which means she understands both the creative and the strategic side of making a brand perform. Outside of work she is a mom of four, a homeschool teacher, and a backyard chicken farmer — which tells you everything you need to know about her capacity to get things done. If Jess is on your project, consider it handled.
